- Select a county from the drop down menu
- Select a division type which will either be District, Circuit, or Unserved
- Enter a case year (ex. 99 would be for 1999 cases)
- Select a case number type from the drop down box
- Enter a case number (ex. 1 should be entered for case number 99-CR-1)
- If a case has multiple defendants such as 98-CR-00009-001, you may enter
1 in the trailer box.
- Press the Begin Search button to start your search.

- Select a county from the drop down menu
- Enter a valid date (ex. 5/5/1998 or 05/05/1998)
- Press either Search by Time or Search by Judge.

- Type in a last name and/or a first name, and/or a date of birth.
- The DOB may be entered as follows: 05/05/1999 or you may use a range like 1950to1960.
- To search by Social Security Number enter the number like 123456789. Do not use any - or /.
- To search by Driver's License Number you must enter only numbers and characters like the SSN search.
- To look up a citation record, enter the first citation number and/or a higher second citation number. If you only have one number the computer will automatically fill the second number.
- See above for the case number search.
- After typing in the information press the Go button to begin your search.

- Are you using a Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher?
- Did you properly register and receive a registration number?
- Did you enter the registration number for the first time you logged on to the system?
